The staff was helpful. They gave clear instructions on how to find the entrance from the main square. the rooms had everything i needed for my stay. there was also a quiet inner courtyard available .

My single room was very small. This suited only a small person with minimal luggage. there were two flights of stairs to climb, not ideal. i could not open my suitcase fully because it blocked the door.

really good staff perfect location wide room amazing communication

the staff was really good. they accommodated every request i had! the location was also perfect. close to so many great places. the room was wide, which i loved, and the communication was amazing. everything was smooth and easy. i cannot wait to return!

The sound isolation wasn't great. I could sometimes hear other guests, but honestly. it didn't bother me too much!

The hotel provided detailed instructions with videos prior to arrival. i easily found the hotel! i also liked the cleaning. It was very useful, and everything felt fresh.

clear directions friendly staff

i really appreciated the clear directions the hotel sent before my arrival. the staff were so friendly. the rooms were very clean. i definitely enjoyed my stay there. the location is close to airport transfers and piazza san marco.
